Human Resource managers today face many challenges with regards to compliance, acquisition and retention of talent and providing a competitive package of benefits to meet company goals and all within financial constraints……
I assist in creating and consulting on these issues and help the HR manager stay ahead of trends. The tools I often use consist of online HR resource portals, Legal compliance consulting,(including bi lingual services), Health fairs, and education refreshers for employees. My goal is to be an extension of the HR department, eliminating the majority of the workload within the scope of Employee Benefits.
My background is uniquely suited for my role in this industry being educated in all lines of coverage. After gaining my foundation in insurance at a National retail brokerage firm I transitioned to High Ground Insurances where I have led the Employee Benefits practice for the last 7 years.
